Complaint Details:
On 12/7/16 reliance WI POD 4g modem was sold to me by your company for 1599rs with the promise that
1)The old bill plan will continue for the following month
2)Reliance would provide the cheapest tariff of the all.
Both the promises were not met and I asked you to take back the modem and cancel my connection
Also I haven’t used my modem more than three days because of a technical error made by your company
you have not taken any steps regarding that.
Kindly take back the modem and pay me back the money I paid to you to avoid any legal action
