Complaint Details:
There is no transparency in sharing Offer details in Rapid Metro Gurgaon. I have not received the cash back of INR 100/- in my paytm account since last year. On writing to care@rapidmetrogurgaon.com, i got a reply that this offer is not meant for all whereas the counter guy sys that it is meant for each and everyone whosoever completes min 30 trips in a month. I cross checked with most of my friends those who are regular commuters and they affirmed about the cash back of INR 100/- per month.
I have written umpteen number of mails to care@rapidmetrogurgaon.com but of no use. Every time they come up with a new excuse of not crediting the cash back to my paytm account.
Please help. A piece of advice to management of Rapid Metro that they should be transparent in disclosing the offer details. No where not even on the site it is talked about.
