I am Krishna Kishore B
I had posted an Ad in Quikr regarding a Coin for sale on 30-JUL-2018. I have received a call from your executive (Kishor Adhya from Mumbai, coins and stamps department from a number +91-[protected]). He told me that there are some services provided by Quikr on this and will charge Rs. 3000 as a non-refundalbe charge. He then told me that there is another option for Rs 4500 where the amount will be refunded in 3 months time. He sent me a payment link and I have made a payment of Rs 4500.
There is no response on anything after the payment is made. I tried to reach Kishor and he is not answering. He even blocked my number.
I tried reaching your support center and found that payment is reflected and is still not validated from backend team. Also, they said it is not refundable.
This is when I found that I got cheated by your executive. Before you could do anything, please refund my amount for this. I am totally not satisfied with the way it is going.
I have asked for a re-fund in mail and no response from Quikr till now. It’s been 1 week. The complaint submitted on 01-AUG-2018.
