Complaint Details:
I had ordered a gift from the website giftalove.com on 10th July 2017 for a special occasion of mine happening on 16th July 2017. While they confirmed, before placing the order, that they can deliver the item by 16th, even after the occasion is over I have not received my gift. While due to their inefficiency they didn’t ship the item and gave me a false tracking number for bluedart courier, they are now blaming it on the courier company.
By taking an order and not delivering the item, they have ruined a special occasion of mine. They now say my order has been cancelled.
