Scam or fraud: Planet Honda Basaveshwaranagar — Shine bike

I would like to bring it to your notice that I am not satisfied with the service done by Planet Honda Basaveshwaranagar.

On 21st January 2017 (Saturday) I went early in the morning 7.00 am to give the bike for service. The person who takes the details came only at 08.45 and all other customers were also very furious about the late coming of the mechanics and started shouting at the Honda Company in general because of this late service. Since I was there by 7.00 AM and I was first person. So he came and took down details regarding my bike. He then said we will do the bike on Monday only. Then I asked why Monday because I need to go to office by bike on Monday. He said Mechanics are not available and we will do this on Monday itself. I said okay ill take back the bike and give it on Monday and the person got so angry don’t know why he said I cant let the bike go. I asked why, he said I have filled the job card and its chargeable of Rs 60.00. Even though I Have seen mechanics just tearing away the job cards, that time Rs 60 didn’t come in picture and forced me to pay the money and therefore agreed to the terms of Honda and paid.

I again came back the following Saturday Jan 28th 2017 to give the bike for service. This time no hassle and it was well dealt and they gave back the bike the same day in the evening (Saturday).

I left with Family outside for the weekend and came back on Monday morning to see my House parking lot full of oil. I went and told the mechanic that there was a oil leakage. He then took my bike inside and got it fixed. God Knows what happened again, he just said there was a small infusion and got it fixed. I had a doubt immediately but didn’t argue much cos I was running out of time to go to office. I found the bike was in a pathetic condition after i gave it for service. It was much better before I gave it for service. The bike started to make noises and I could feel the bike in my hand literally.

I came back to the service center and spoke to Shivraj and he said I will fix this and give it back to you. Today morning I got a call from Raju and they asked me to pay the bill and all the parts of the engine. I said it was your fault. If the bike was done properly in the first case I would not have come back to the service center again and he started abusing me in Kannada and the conversation was very rude by Raju. He started saying you want the bike, give the money or else the bike will be with them. And he started swearing at me and told me to go do whatever I want.

I spoke to Pradeep 9980927738/9 and he said he will check and get back to me. Don’t know when this issue will be resolved.

I’m not going to compromise on this as the mechanics were very very rude and no proper training given on customer experience. Request you to please give mandatory training and monitory benefits.

The mechanics in Planet Honda Basaveshwaranagar are very very rude. Scolding in Tamil and Kannada foul words at me as a customer. they are not professional.
