Scam or fraud: Paytm — Money not credited to my bank account

Complaint Details:
I had added ₹1900 to the maytm wallet from the canara bank savings bank(SB) account on december 31st 2016. At the very next minute I tranferred ₹1900 back to the same account. Paytm gave an instruction that it will take 7 working days to refund the money back to the account. Now its more than 10 days and still the amount is not credited to the account. When we contacted the paytm customer care through email, they said that the transaction is successful and the canara bank has given reference number and asked to contact the canara bank using the reference number. But when I contacted the branch they said the money is not credited and asked to contact the paytm again.
