Complaint Details:
I usually add money to my paytm wallet whenever I need it. But this time situation was different. I had to transfer the money to my paytm account and pay for a friend’s petrol bill so I could get Rs 500 as 100 rupee notes are not availble in the ATMs.
I went through the whole process and money was debited from my account and did not appear in my wallet. I really needed the money and now I have to borrow from friends.
