Complaint Details:
I purchased Samsung 1.5T 5 star inverter AC from PAI International, Nizampet Hyderabad branch in the last week of January 2017. After paying the advance, due to shortage of stock they had delivered us the instrument in the 3rd week of February(due to which i lost 15 days of warranty on instrument). For installation, the branch people sent me a third party technician (who is not a PAI trained technician) for installation. Due to his inefficiency, the machine was not properly installed and the GAS which is present in the condensor was leaked due to which we are not able to enjoy the cooling. For this I’ve started calling Customer care regularly for about 4-5 days and finally after so many struggles they sent an company trained technician due to which we came to know the actual reason for not working of our AC. He fixed the issue and after using it for 3 months, we started facing the same issue, i again started calling the CC guys.
What I’m trying to say is PAI is maintaining some 3rd party inefficient staff due to which installations are not properly done. I’ve sent an email to report against that technician. Immediately after receiving the mail one guy called me and asked about details of that technician. Staff is irregular, Customer care is not very responsive.After raising a complaint we have to follow-up with them until our issue was resolved. Most importantly they are not sending any confirmation SMS to the registered mobile number once a complaint has been raised.
I then decided NOT to recommend PAI Electronics to my friends and colleagues.
