Complaint Details:
I am a premium member of Oyo rooms. I used to book hotel rooms almost once in a month and my experience with Oyo has been good. But today I am facing one issue with the Oyo app. I have cancelled one of my booking for tomorrow, i.e 3rd dec 2016 to 4th dec 2016 with booking id BPWK0579, before 12pm as i am very well aware about Oyo cancellation policy. But due to some technical issues, my app or server has been showing my cancellation time after 12 pm. This must be due to server glitches or bugs that my time got updated later at oyo side.OYO deducted Rs1308 from my amount. This is unfair, Oyo should refund my money.
