Complaint Details:
I have send this message many times to grievance officers mail id but there is no any response, the mail is as follows:-
Dear sir,
I have called on your tollfree number for my claim issue & i have discussed for claim but in a second he said i cant understand you & he threat me that give my complaint to redressal, i dont care, please take serious action immediately, this is my first & last mail otherwise i will go through consumer court tommorrow.
His name is Ravi (7052) & when i asked for surname he said that i cant give personal information.
