Complaint Details:
Today I booked ola cab from Sandeep vihaar (Whitefield) to Infosys building 2 electronic city.
The driver picked me from my place (Sandeep vihaar) and dropped me near somewhere (Brigade Cosmopolis Bangalore, Palm Meadows, Whitefield, Bengaluru ) and He said, His phone battery is down so he can’t drive anymore further, and he left me in the middle of the road, and he charged me 151 INR. Which is ridiculous.
This is cheating. If ola cab driver phone battery is low, He should plug it into the car charger and keep driving.
I want to sue OLA for charging me 151 INR.
