Complaint Details:
I had booked an Ola to go from Jogeswari to Cuffe Parade on 2nd December (CRN476474859). I called the driver who enquired my destination. When I called up the driver 5 minutes later, his phone was switched off. Immediately afterwards, I received a call from OLA saying the driver had cancelled my booking. So I booked another Ola (CRN476484092). Later, I saw they had charged Rs. 75 as cancellation charges. I could not find any customer enquiry number nor any email on the apps to register my complaint – the only option available was reporting I had not booked that ride. The moment I did the same, my email was disabled and I cannot log in. Worse, I have OLA money balance in the account. I have usually found OLA drivers clueless about Mumbai roads, but this probably is the worst in customer service one can expect from any service provider. How do I now get back my OLA balance?
