Complaint Details:
Today I took a ola cab from my residence Inderpuri to Terminal 1 Indira Gandhi Airport for RS.242 . While making payment an amount of RS 75/- was added as cancellation charges for the previous cancelled booking which was not my fault. The driver didn’t report then. The cancellation charges of RS 75/- may be refunded to me.
