On 1 December 2016 i had my first experience with ola cab services. Initially i thought that they provide free 1st ride but i was wrong. I paid for my 1st ride but thats not the issue the problem is i paid more than the estimate charges.

so i want to know the first thing you claim that 1st ola ride is free if that is the truth then why you charged on my first ride. Secondly why there is increase fare and ride time fare.
i tried to call in ola cab customer care but it really does suck no one pick my calls. I never thought that i will going to have such a bad experience with ola.
i am expecting for a reply and for a prompt solution.
