Complaint Details:
I booked an ola cab on 16.11.17 from andheri (e) at 5.44pm, the crn given by ola was 458650609. although at the time of booking the pick up wait time showed 1 min. i was picked up at 6.05 a good 20 min. later. i gave the crn to the driver to begin the ride and we started from andheri (e) at 6.10 pm – however hardly had we gone midway – past d. n. nagar, that the driver got a call on his mobile from ola bookings and later made me talk to the ola executive on the line – i was told that my ride had not got logged in the system and therefore the driver could not take me ahead. i will have to get off immediately. this is so unprofessional and absolutely wrong to take a passanger – the crn recd and given here confirms that & then to say a km or so later that you must get off – ola needs to not just apologize for the inconvenience thus caused to me but also compensate me for this unprofessional conduct and the trauma that i suffered at firstly waiting for 20 min. and then being rudely taken off the cab in the middle of the road at peak office hour time.
