Complaint Details:
I saw some products discounted and thought it was some special order so i placed multiple orders. I received order confirmation messages on my registered number about the same. the next day i saw that the orders were cancelled in my cart and then after a bout 7-8 hours i received emails saying it was technical glitch due to which all orders were cancelled. there was no messages sent on cancellation. I sent followup emails inquiring further but there was no response from nykaa. They sent me 100 rupees coupon which could be used on 1000 rupees shopping, how they even count that as a recompense.?? I need atleast 1 product each from the order i placed and i dropped them multiple emails following up on same but no response. I did not even receive refund for the order after they were cancelled. Even if it was technical issue they need to address customers queries and also recompense for the time and amount wasted on purchases. I need some action taken on this.
