Scam or fraud: Moto Care Service Centre Graphline Care, Patna — Delay in repairing of my mobile Moto G4+

Complaint Details:
I bought a Moto g4+ mobile phone on 1st July 2016 for Rs. 14, 999/- (copy attached) from amazon.in after two and half month I have encountered that my phone is getting switched off frequently while using it. On 14.10.16 I went to Moto Care service centre Graphline Care, Shop No 206 2nd floor Kaushlaya Estate Bandar Bagicha Dakbanglow Road Patna-800001 Bihar with Job sheet no. AMSPAT006403 (copy attached), they said me that motherboard of my phone will be replaced within 20 days. On 21st Oct 2016 I received a call from moto escalation team informing that I will get my phone by 3rd Nov, 2016. On 3rd Nov, 2016 they called me again said that your phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 14th Nov, 2016 . On 14th Nov, 2016 they again called and said that my phone is still pending for parts and will be delivered by 19th Nov, 2016. On 19th Nov, 2016 they again called me said that my phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 28th Nov, 2016 to which I asked the escalation team agent (Arvind Kumar) why are they treating me like a fool they should stand by their words and deliver my phone on given date to which they replied that they are not answerable to me and I can any action against them and given another date i.e. 28th Nov, 2016. Again they called me on 28th Nov. 2016 and given another date i.e. 7th Dec, 2016.
Sir, I have written everyone against this kind of harassment by Moto through mail and twitter and facebook to Higher Officials of Moto Service Group but all my effort are of no use.
Sir, I request you to please take proper action against this type of harassment by Moto India to their customers and I want my phone repaired as soon as possible or a new phone from Moto.
