Complaint Details:
I placed an order for a hoodie on miracas.com on 3 January 2017… company promised to deliver it within 20days but failed to do so… since then order status on their website remains same…it was a prepaid order…it has been more than a month now but order is not being shipped… I wrote several emails to them but they are not responding to any of my mails…their customer service number remains busy 24×7…kindly help me in getting my money refunded.
