Dear sir,
My self Manoj Kumar, (8512859900) had got my mobile repair (replacement of Mobile Screen Folder) through the mentioned Service Center situated at Sec-02, Noida on cash payment of Rs. 2500/- with one month full guarantee.
After one week, mobile started the same problem of Screen Folder, (i.e. screen flickring, automated take touches on screen etc.).
Myself walked to the service center again and informed to the concern person (MR. Vicky – 8447116212), but after huge argument he denied to repair/replace or refund the paid money with in warranty period.
In last week i had visited the service center thrice but this time straight forward he refuse to repair / replace the screen.
I am feeling very harassed & disappointed after paying a good amount of Rs. 2500/-
i request to kindly look into the matter and help me out.
