Complaint Details:
I am too disappointing with Micromax 3rd class of services, as the phone
which is given twice with in last three months also on the calendar
year more then 50 days with care center and as per your service center
associate they do not have any permanent solution for the problem i.e (Network Issue on 2G, 3G, 4G). They peoples do not have any value
of the customer time and putting costumer on trouble with these kind of
services as last time i have marked a many reminder to you and to Mr.
Manjeet(Area Manager for The Zone) but no action has been taken by him after repairing the same
problem has been arise within few days and i have again submitted the phone on service center dated 21.11.2016, the same has been informed to
Krishna at service center.(Center Manager)
Kindly look the matter and please take action on it.
