Complaint Details:
I have purchased micromax canvas colours A120, after 4 months it had complaint then after repaired in micromax service centre. after one year, i found phone was not working properly .oneday i seen the mobile was dead, then i went to the service centre micromax authorised, they recieve the product and then after oneweek the service centre authority phoned me that the product ram flash ic dead, it is not get partly from company, so the solution is changing the boad, its cost is around 90% original (NEW Phone) cost. i fed up and return to my home. what i do this . kindly help me or otherwise i am ready approach the court and media for my loss, i think this phone is complety worst and, worst service provider in the world
