Scam or fraud: Micromax Informatics — Indifferent behavior of customer service centre

Hello,
This is to bring to your notice the irresponsible behavior of the executives at your service centre. I had given my phone for repairing on around 19th October, 16 as I faced screen flickering and sim slot issues.The executive was in no mood to address to me properly. She asked me to get a new battery and get a software done, charging me rs 1352/- after the inspection. However within a month I encountered the same problem again and then due to some work I couldn’t visit the centre for another month.I visited the centre yesterday on 17 Dec, 16 and conveyed them the issue. Rather than accepting their fault, the executive said you wouldnt have waited for a month if you were facing this prob since a month. Her behavior was very rude and annoying. After inspecting my phone, she came up with the solution which would have costed me another 1300/-. I asked her why didn’t you do this two months back as I had the same complaint & for that she didn’t have an answer.
I request you to kindly look into the matter since I have wasted 1350 plus travelling expense for nothing. Thank you
