Sir,
I purchased micromax mobile Model No Q4202 on 25.01.2017 from your dealer M/s KAY TEE RHYTHMS, Gandhi Nagar Jammu but next day complaint occurred in handset restart and hang so many times in a day. We go to the dealer shop and told the problem occurred in my handset they reset the phone and handover to me. Next day same problem occurred in my handset. We go to service center on 1st feb 2017 they update the software and handover handset to me but problem is not rectify. We again go to the service center on 03.02.2017. They again reset and again update the software but the complaint is not resolve till date. On the date 11.02.2017 one of the representative of service center Gandhi nagar cal to me and said come to my office and exchange the handset but when we go to the service center he refuse to change the handset and harsh to me.
Now, it is requested to you kindly change the handset other we will go to consumer court.
