Hello,
I am writing this complaint after huge round of discussion and arguments held with your surat, vesu dealer “Kataria automobile”.
I gave my swift vxi petrol vehicle for one main problem that the car was taking around 3-4 self to start. This behaviour is not uniform means some time it takes 3-4 self in morning most of the time after running couple of kms.
I envolved kataria workshop manager mr. Jay prakash from starting of the troubleshooting.
Initially norrmal servicing along with relay checking, spark plug changing, air filter change, tappet setting was suggested to me. I agreeed. Bill came around 7000.00rs.
I took the vehicle and found that the problem was not resolved.
I gave the vehicle again.
After discussion and detail evalutaion from dealer they came to me with a solution that we need to go for complete head overhaulibg including replacement of valves and relapping on lathe etc.
It was garanteed to me by mr. Jay praksh (workshop manager of kataria automobile vesu surat) that the problem will be resolved. And if not they take garantee.
They asked estimate woukd be around 16000-18000 rs.
I permitted again. And paid the bill and took the vehicle.
Only the next day itself i noticed that the problem is at is. Not even 1% improvement.
I again gave the vehicle.
Firstly it is very shameful on their part that they could not solve it in so many attempts. Apart from that the manager do not have that much curtsy to accept the same amd go for solution directly now without thinking if making money.. Instead of that now again thay are coming with one more option fo changing electrical coils.
I have clearly said i will not pay even a single pie to them and they have to solve it by any means.
I cant afford to pay them which is working like a training centre or working on trail and error methodology..
I once again request you to kindly resolve the matter without any discussion.
