Hello,
I made a booking from Delhi to Bangkok on November 3 and was told that I can make partial payment and the remaining amount at that time later. After making the payment I have received the itinerary details for only 4 tickets and the remaining 3 are yet not sent over. I have tried checking the booking IDs on my own and of the remaining 3, 2 are IN1711B0S4527517, IN1711B0S4527454.
I have called numerous times and yet got no resolution. Please take this up on priority and let me know the resolution so that I may proceed accordingly.
Neither have I been called back by the customer support and even when I have waited on call for long the resolution has been long impending.
