Waited till 20:25 and asked the staff in bommanahalli office about the delay who casually informed that the vehicle is stuck I’m traffic. Later he informed that another bus which was supposed to be starting from Wilson garden @ 20:30 has been cancelled. I enquired him why the same was not informed earlier? But his response was very poor. I have been using KPN bus service for the past 13years. In between the services were poor and I opted for Kallada. Recently I heard from my friend that KPN has bettered there services so I started using it again. But the experience is worser again. Mr. K.P.Natarajan
