Hi, I am Pradip Nandwna my a/c no – 0211669843 .On 10 Jan 2017, Kotak Mahindra bank deducted Rs1366 from my salary account without any notification. I am facing many problems. Customer care service is very poooooor i will not get any response from them. I want to close this account after refunding my deduction amount. I have visited kotak branch located at C G Road, Ahmedabad. There is no proper response from bank. i also try to contact with all india kotak mahindra bank customer care department – 018602662666 the number is always busy.
