Complaint Details:
This is with regards to the customized tour arranged for Andaman by Kesari from 24th November to 30th November.We had paid an additional amount of Rs. 4600/- for the Semi submarine Coral safari ride. Due to weather conditions, the ride was cancelled and we were assured by Kesari executive Ms. Devshri that the refund will be processed. Today we are on 16th Jan and inspite of continuous follow ups with Devshri I have still not received the refund. Now she has even stopped responding to calls, emails.This has been a sheer careless approach in servicing the clients.The first response given by her was she was busy in servicing the new clients and there was much pressure, second response payment cheque processing requires min. 7-10 days which took more than a month now, next response the person who is handling was on marraige leave, next response the cheque is processed but I am hospitalized.From past week days we are trying to call, message, email her but not even a single response.What kind service is this??Is it not the responsibilty of the person to be upfront and communicate the relevant details???Provide me the contact details of her seniors/appropriate person who will ensure the resolve the issue on top most priority.Rs. 4600/- is not a small amount and I hope you realize the importance of it.
Get this resolved asap.
