Complaint Details:
Have place order through online for One Kg Black Forest cake to be delivered at Kalyan west under order reference no.1551785. I was relaxed post confirmation of the order with online payment of Rs.650 ( Rs. 550/- for the cake and Rs.100/- towards the delivery charges ) with the contact numbers to know the status.
Am shock to receive a message within 13 minutes saying regret will not be able to deliver the said cake. Immediately tried to reach your office on 022 40786789 /022 40786759 and 8888888888.
Finaly i got through on 8888888888 and spoke to Khusboo since the line was bad the line got disconnected. Again the call got connected and am not sure the name of the lady to whom i was talking. It was totally dissappointing to say that such a esteem company like JD has staff which are not polite and only two words ” SORRY ” REGRET’ and the reason that your order team is not able to reach the Moginis cake shop hence the order is cancelled, i countered her saying you be on line i will conference with the Moginis shop after hearing this without wasting anytime she disconnected the call.
I would like to know the understanding between JD and Moginis as a customer. Have already transfered the amount of INR650/- I need the said money immediately along with compensation for not adhering to the terms of the order.
