Complaint Details:
I am subrata Bhattacharjee, very much harassed with the IDFC bank staff at Indore, last 15 days back they collected my all required documents for opening a current account and they committed that within 24 hours your account will be opened and you can start transaction, but in vain!!! every day I am in continuous follow up with the bank staff, Mr. Manish (Bank Manager as stated) and Mr. Gourish(Field Officer as stated) and every day they are saying today it will get done 100% and specially the so called branch manager(Mr. Manish) is not even receiving my phone. After so many follow up with the bogus staff I demanded to return back my document but still they are not returning it back and Mr. Gourish is still saying that (Abhi Ho Jayega, adhe ghante me account number deta hun etc …etc).
I am very sure that they are fake people and the bank is in an intention to do some fraudulent activity with those collected document as I believe. Kindly don’t come into their trap and don’t believe the bank as well.
