Sir,
I VEERENDER BAHETI having a postpaid connection since 15 years and I made complaint with regard to signal problem which is not rectified upon which I visited two days before your office at Khan lateef Khan building, Hyderabad for converting my numbers.. 9848921211 and 9848408311 from postpaid to prepaid .. a staff by name VAMSHI REDDY inform me that at a time two numbers can’t be done and for one number is accepted my request and on that time he raise unnecessary objections to take my request and thereafter I visited the manager to look into the matter upon which he accepted my request… And today I visited again to your office a token no. 42 is given to me as 41 token is running guard told me to wait for one minute but even after 10 minutes my token was not called and I saw that around 8 counters are there and no one is on counters to attend the customer and every one is busy in gossiping with eachother… Then I told them to take my request then a person by name M.HARI PRASAR &VAMSHI REDDY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL WE CALL YOU THEN I TOLD THEM TO DO WORK INSTEAD OF CHATTING WITH EACHOTHER BUT NO ONE HAS LISTEN TO ME THEN I VISITED THE LADY MANAGER AND MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIER ACT BUT INSTEAD OF LOOKING MY COMPLAINT SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT AND THEREAFTER THEY MAKE ME TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES and thereafter look into my matter …
I like your attention here … that all this incident is recorded in the CCTV cameras which is fixed in your premises…
By this kind of act of your staffs and manager you will loose customers that includes me.., .. and this in not good for the reputation of your company … So I request to to look into the matter and take necessary action …
as I believe that work is important … And the office/working place is not for chatting .. but to provide services to customers…
