Complaint Details:
The address verification completed for my dongle having mobile number 7088850004, I used the number for one month and even paid my First Bill also. Now they have terminated my connection without any prior intimation.
I am trying to contact Idea Customer Care but there number is not accessible. I contacted with local idea representative and they have mentioned that due to address issue it is terminated.
I am failed to understand but Idea people are doing, they are mentally harassing the customer. I applied correctly, paid bill on time and still my connection is not working.
Kindly activate my phone number today, due to non availability of my dongle, I am losing my business proposals which will directly affect my job.
