Complaint Details:
I Aseem Rastogi applied online for DDA on 24/07/2017 (Application No.- 2001436), chalan has been generated (Ref no. 96437736825339) for the registration fee from canara bank & the amount has been transfered on the same day, i.e 24/7/2017 with UTR no. CNRBR52017072400781518 to Account No- ICL2017072414756 and IFSC code – ICIC000103.
After three days of submission fee i can’t able to track the payment made on the online portal, so on 27/07/2017 i went to ICICI nodal branch at C.P New Delhi and meet with Mr. Varun Anand, he listen to the problem and mailed about it to their internal peoples for the clarifications, later he said he will inform about the status but till Monday i.e. 21/07/2017 i got no call about the status so again i went to the branch and meet mr. varun again, he talked to someone and showed me the mail that he last forwarded which after my intervened a response came that “we are looking into the matter, and get to you soon” and then Mr . Varun asked me that he will be replying me after some response come from the other side.
