Dear Sir,
I Jitesh Fulbandhe, reg. contact no. is 8624082625 with homeshop18, I have purchased 3 products in September month for Dabur gift hamper offer, I have already paid for product, but my gift hamper not received yet.
Why this occurred, when I am calling customer care then they reply you have ordered only 2 product and they refused my first product LYF Flame 3 mobile phone (Sub order no. 136428583), that mean homeshop 18 cheated me, no any customer care respond me positively, if your system not showing my mobile detail for 1st product then why I am bear, this is your system problem or you intentionally not giving gift hamper and just cheat me.
I have ordered from my mobile no. 8624082625, but you showing other that your problem.
Regarding this order I communicate with Mr. Smriti Sharma but now company management intentionally not giving my gift hamper and fraud with me.
I get the lesson and now I no longer purchase any product with this cheater and fraud shopping channel. Don’t purchase product from HOMESHOP18 tele shopping
