Dear Team,
This is second time that I have given my bike for servicing in Authorised servicing center named Rishi motors which is located in Tubarahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore.
Servicing is very pathetic the first time, still I have given it for the second time.
I had met with an accident because of which my Hero Pleasure bike got damaged and is given for servicing on 17th Sep 2016. They were supposed to deliver the bike by 22nd Sep 2016. But the same has not been delivered till now.
The service center people don’t pick the call. Even if they pick the call they can’t answer to my questions as they have misplaced the Job sheet. They have called us by end of September and informed us that they couldn’t get the spare parts of the bike as it was old model. After which they didn’t provide any update about the same. And when we call them on other available numbers and they keep saying that they will give in 2 days. We had to follow up with them personally.
I had to visit the service center personally with my fractured leg to know the status of the bike. I had gone through lot of mental stress because of the same. Every time we visit the service center they come up with new problem (like some other part is missing).
We had to literally fight with the service center people to get the status. And now I have lost hope that the bike will be delivered. Even if it is delivered I dont have trust that it will be in good condition.

Almost every person who came for bike servicing has a problem with their servicing. This is not fair enough as it is authorised service center. Please consider this as a serious issue.
