Complaint Details:
I had purchased maestro Edge ( MHO1 CK 6743)on 18th of August from fort point at Byculla, after first service i am having lots of minor problem in my scooter, due to rain my scooter was sink in water and told about this in service centre which is FORT POINT Mahalaxmi. I had also drop my scooter for three days for service then they charge me some amount for fuel an etc. but know when i got my scooter back then to there is same problem, i am not satisfied with there service.
I also ask them for reset button which is located near indicator, they said they don, t have and company doesn’t provide us. Know from where would i have its parts.
I had also complaint it through customer care the complaint no. is – 10303-1116-864, please solve my problem.
