Complaint Details:
I am saddened by such irresponsible behavior by HDFC credit card deptt. HDFC HO issued letter to the bank to waive off charges wrongly charged to my credit card ending 4977 with registered mob no[protected] but it is more then a year now no action was then by HDFC staff and no one is picking up the call when i called on [protected]/02
Please please me resolving the issue
