Complaint Details:
I was trying to book my flight using MMT with intention of checking price on bank page using MakeMyTrip mobile app.
But my money got deducted without asking for any OTP. I want my full refund.
Had a word with MakeMyTrip & Airlines both says its not in their hand and this is HDFC bank issue.

Loss of Money – Flight booking price – 4066
