Scam or fraud: HDFC Bank — HDFC bad attitude towards consumers

Complaint Details:
I visited HDFC Bank Sohna road branch at Gurgaon to get a demand draft made. But only to be humiliated and scolded by the bank manager Anil Kumar an angry man. The madame at the counter informed me that my draft can be made in about an hour. I filled the dd request form. Meanwhile cash arrived. The angry manager pounced on all the staff and suddenly everyone was counting money. The madam who had informed me regarding draft also got busy counting new purple 2000 rupee notes as the manager stood on her head. When I presented my request form for DD the manager caught it in between and said no draft could be made today as everyone is busy in cash. It was 10.30 am. When I insisted that i needed the draft immediately the angry manager Anil called me a frustrated customer. Did i open my account in hdfc in 2001 to hear this? If i am a frustrated costumer why did i make so much investment in hdfc bank? Should I take a legal action against Anil the angry manager for using uncivilized language against me? I am withdrawing my investments from hdfc bank gradually and after 2019 I will have no relation with this filthy and uncivilized bank.
