Complaint Details:
I have booked 6 ticket from Surat to PALANPUR for[protected] timing of 2:15pm. During the booking the fees of 1488 rs. has been debited from my account but I haven’t received any e-ticket or mail. The tickets for automatically cancelled without any valid reason! .I request u to refund my money as soon as possible .
And try to b more active about such issues!
This felt like being cheated.
The customer service says that it we refunded within 7-21 days, this is too much, what about the wasted time and at some point money too!
I must say this isn’t the right way to serve customers.
