Scam or fraud: Godrej Interio — Assembly of Godrej Interio Double Bed

Dear Sir,

I have received another sms via TM-WAYSMS (from mobile number 8552992211) and not from BZ-GODREJ. It states

Kindly confirm that my call P2712278799 has been treated as closed 2nd time without any reason or action from Godrej side.

I have followed up the calls and email on phone. Few nos of Godrej are not working including +91-22-6796 5656 just for your feedback.

When I got through I was lucky to speak to Mr Anil Manager (After Sales Service), who was though polite but again wanted all the details after giving my Call no. P2712278799, which only added to my frustration and was of little help.

I am waiting for YOU to return back after due investigation. If at all you have any system in place, a complaint can NOT be closed without attending when a customer has purchased your furniture at such a heavy price for this kind of extremely poor After Sales Service.

I am interested in first knowing as to how the Call no. P2712278799 was closed even without attending it.

The following call was closed without even attending it or even making a call as a courtesy. Please do understand that my time is equally valuable and also please be informed of your CUSTOMER CARE pathetic attitude.

The following complaint thorough after Sales Service portal of Godrej Interio website with Call no. P2712278799 and SMS received on my mobile 9424710502 at 06:11 pm on 27.12.2016. The call was closed and an SMS received at 09:42am on 28.12.2016 stating “that your call in completed THANK YOU for ur payment of Rs NIL”without even attending it.

I have been transferred from Jabalpur to Nagpur and have got accommodation in Ambajhari Defence Estate. I have also logged a complaint thorough after Sales Service portal of Godrej Interio website.

I have been requesting the local NGDA dealer to arrange assembly. He has in turn directed some technician. The technician is however, not reporting and giving dates after dates. This shows poor quality of After Sales Service on part of Godrej Interio, after having purchased a bed of Rs 50, 000 five years ago. I had no problems in assembly and dismantling of the same bed at Jabalpur, however, Nagpur Service appears to be strange. Kindly look into this and revert back. I am not able to shift to my house for want of this and paying heavy charges in alternate transit accommodation please.

Kindly escalate this call and do the needful ON IMMEDIATE BASIS.
