My name is Swapnil Yerunkar and job no. is GCI7700019453. job date is 04/07/2017.
Its already 15 days and ihave not yet received my mobil repaired. when i called customer care, everytime your executive said withi 4-5 days i vl get my mobile but still nt received. today when I called they said 9 more days wl take. I want to escalate this to ur CEO otherwise i vl forward this issue to media about ur frustrating, irritating service if i have not received my mobile by tomorow. i vl suggest the people not to take Gionee mobile. Its very pathetic customer service.
I have my own business n have to call many people evryday…how can i stay without mobile…
