OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]order details.
I had placed my order for “cfa level -1 books ” worth Rs 2564 but Ihave received a book (novel type ) worth Rs 650. After receiving the wrong book I had initiated the replacement of the item immediately( 14th july) . After this I have not got any update regarding the replacement / refund of my item from the customer Flipkart team till now .
Whenever I asked them they have only one thing to say :WE WILL GIVE YOU THE UPDATE” but nothing about the replacement/ refund
