Complaint Details:
I ordered my new mobile vivo V9 in exchange with Redmi 4A . My order I’d is OD[protected]
The delivery boy rejected my Redmi 4A and said the side molding is not up to the mark.
My mobile is totally scratch less, not broken from any side, screen is also scratch less and good, overall mobile is matching the Flipkart terms and conditions.
They take 4650 Rupees in cash and not exchange my Redmi 4A. Please take action on this matter . Take my phone and return my money 4650 .
