Complaint Details:
I placed an order of ASUS ZENFONE MAX(BLACK, 32GB) bearing order id OD107700226986577000 on 26th nov, 16 & received the item on 30th nov, 16 for which payment was made through net banking.While checking I found that the LOUDSPEAKER is not working for which I made a return request on 1st dec, 16.After checking through SmartCheck App they approved my return request & assured me for the replacement of the product by 7th dec, 16.But they didn’t replace it till 14th dec, 16.Only they assured me through emails to resolve my problem.So, on 14th dec, 16 I requested them to cancel my order & refund the exact amount which I have paid for it.Again they only give me assurance through emails but don’t take any serious actions.I have called the flipkart customer care for several times for the clarification of the issue but they didn’t clarify me about the exact issue.Only they have extended the date.So I request you to take serious actions immediately against flipkart & resolve my issue within 24hours.I would like to receive the exact amount get refunded which I have paid for it within 2 days.
