Complaint Details:
22043003310 is my order number on ur domain I purchase a Titan edge watch which is faulty product (scratch on watch) so I apply for a same day return . The watch is returned to u at 10 Jan at 11 am .
I pay this order from my debit card I ask for repay in my bank account but from ur sight it’s transfer in free charge acc ( not interested in that acc) means u just transfer my amount from ur one domain to another domain .
I try to transfer my amount from free charge to my saving account 3 times but after entering otp ur system shows the message something went wrong please try after some time . I am not able n interested using any other domin I pay to snap deal for purchase so please credit my amot to my bank account .send me a bank detail link so I send u details of my bank account . This incident is like that the customer is free from one domain n stuck in another domain of same company so I request u credit my amount to my bank account
It’s very disappointing experience with flipcart
