Scam or fraud: DotZot — “PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED”

Complaint Details:
A per my order no S801990730 i will place 2 orders on 02/11/2016.
the first one is received from Aramex on 17/11/2016 and the second one from yours are not received to me still today.
If there are difficulties to delivered my order than please refund my money.
In my order which i placed were 1 shoe and 4 other accessories are there.
after placing the order 27 days are gone and i still not received the order. So please take it seriously.
