Scam or fraud: Dena Bank — Transaction Failure but amount debited from Account

Complaint Details:
Dear Sir/Mam,
I had transferred some of amount from my Dena Bank A/c. (through mobile banking) on dt.28.10.16 to other account.I received a transaction failure massage but amount sill not refunded in my account.
I had visited my branch about ten times but they did not solved my problem. They said that please contact with Dena iconnect we can’t do anything at our end.I also contact with Dena iconnect through email but not getting any reply. Please go through attached scan copy of my account statement and do the needful.
