I am from Siwan, Bihar. I have subscribed Competition Success review Magazine Hindi Edition for 1 year by registered post. I paid Rs. 1415.63 for this online which Merchant Reference No – 9309 & EBS Payment ID – 59436991 on 06 Sep 2016 . But I have not received any magazine till 05 Dec 2016. I have also tried to contact this magazine customer care nos- 9717757081 & 01145113300, but this nos are not in use or fake, one mobile no is swithced off and other is not atteneded.
