Scam or fraud: Biscoot Insurance — Non Payment of Insurance claim for iPhone 6

Complaint Details:
I have insured my iPhone 6 64GB from Biscoot. In december 2015 the phone screen got damaged and repaired for Rs.25000/-. I have followed all rules & policies of Biscoot and registered a claim no. 1500069356 and send all the required documents in original to Biscoot. After contacting Biscoot so many times I finally received a mail of claim approval on 08-08-16 in which they asked to fill & courier the attached NEFT form for bank transfer. I sent the filled form & other requirements on 09-08-16 via DTDC Z97616066 & Z97616074 (As per DTDC Tracking the documents have been delivered on 11-08-16). After few days I contacted the team again who informed me that due to some internal reasons all claim starting with series “15” has been put on hold and asked me to wait for few days. On 12-12-16 I again contacted the Biscoot customer care :02239878787 where they informed me that your fund will be surely transfer by last week of Dec-16, but again no response till date. So I tried calling again on 11-01-17 to customer care and this time the executive informed me that they do not received any documents and my claim has not approved and he even do not able to retrieve any details.
